Ian Jelley

Ian Jelley is Director of Landscape Recovery at Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. He leads a department of 30 people who do amazing work every day to help make more space for nature and enable people to take action for wildlife. His role involves working strategically in partnership with local authorities, Government Agencies, businesses, farmers & landowners and communities to help tackle the nature and climate emergency through projects that deliver direct action and behavioural change at a local level.

Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is part of the federation of 46 Wildlife Trusts operating across every area of the UK. A grassroots network creating a movement of action for nature. Together the Wildlife Trusts are delivering against their vision that 30% of the UK land and sea will be enabling nature’s recovery by 2030 and through it’s #TeamWilder initiative 1in4 people will be taking action for wildlife.
