Daniel Clarke

Dan Clarke leads a programme exploring how data and emerging technology can support better mobility. He has delivered the UK’s first purpose built autonomous vehicle trial as part of the public transport system and is working on the next phase of AV deployments.

He has developed a data infrastructure for the city deploying sensors and developing a data platform including tools for data analysis. Dan has worked on a number of intelligent network management projects looking at the deployment of AI signals and crossings and the better use of data. He has developed a number of real time tools for travellers and is delivering MaaS into the Cambridge area.
