Andrew Hewitson

Andrew Hewitson is the technical coordination and engagement lead for Lancashire County Council's Levelling Up Fund Award. This £55 million project provides multiple interventions across East Lancashire focused on neighbourhood improvements, town centre regeneration and improved connectivity through public transport.  Previous to this role he held positions in transport policy and public health and holds a PhD in Economic Geography and an MA in Town Planning.
