Charlie Allen

Charlie heads up the public sector business development team at Believ, covering the UK, and working with councils of all sizes, from London Boroughs to parish councils. Believ currently have a network of 2000 charge points across the country from the South Coast of England to the North Coast of Scotland with many more scheduled to be built throughout 2025.

Believ has two parent companies, Liberty Global (owners of Virgin Media O2) and Zouk Capital, who are the investors of the Government’s Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund. These parent companies ensures that Believ can continue to contribute significant private investment towards charging infrastructure across the UK in car parks and on-street, ensuring that no-one is left behind in the transition to electric vehicles.
