As an experienced independent consultant with a technical and project management background, I have over 30 years of managerial experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and highway-related management systems. I have a broad range of experience in ITS, connected vehicles, network management, asset management, and R&D projects across the US, UK, and Europe, working on numerous projects for major clients.

I supported the development of the Alliance For Parking Data Standards specification, adopted at ISO TS 5206:1, which underpins the National Parking Platform. I am also the convenor of the CEN European standards working group for the “DATEX II” traffic management standards (CEM 16157 series), including energy infrastructure.
