With over 22 years of experience in the lighting industry and a belief that a high-quality approach to lighting can improve lives, Jess is passionate about inclusivity and mentoring.

In day-to-day life, Jess is the Head of Exterior & Environment at ASD Lighting PLC, a leading UK manufacturer. Her commitment to excellence and advocacy for diversity have made her a respected leader and role model within the sector.
