Luke Ives (he/him) is the Culture, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Arup, where he integrates inclusive principles into both Arup’s corporate approach and strategy, as well as into client projects and their business processes.
Driven by a passion for shaping a better world, Luke has driven Arup’s evidence-based approach to EDI, delivering strategic programmes of work that range from recalibrating Arup’s EDI governance structure to drive cultural change, to implementing transformative equity solutions that ensure fairness for all under-represented groups.
