Shaun Wilson
Shaun has served in local government for 20 years and has been in his current role as Operations & Highway Maintenance Manager at South Gloucestershire Council since 2013. He has responsibility for the design and delivery of the council's Highway Maintenance service through their in-house Client, Designer and Contractor delivery model.
Through the COVID-19 pandemic, he played an active role in supporting the council's Public Health team in the establishment of a temporary resting place, testing and vaccination centres.
He has a passion for everything outdoors and can often be found marching his two children around every National Trust in the southwest and beyond. He is a keen advocate of maintaining a well-balanced health and fitness lifestyle, bringing his enthusiasm to work every day. When not on his feet, he can often be found reading and researching anything and everything that interests him.
