Highlights include modernising transport ticketing technology and retail solutions across National Express Bus in the West Midlands; launching mobile ticketing, contactless tap & cap fares and driving solution partnerships for us travel direct to business.
An executive board member with the bus division at National Express for the past 5 years I believe leadership is about treating people with care and respect whilst trusting in your own ability.
I'm an engaging and focused individual who is passionate about inclusion, diversity & equality. I'm a proud board member of Women in Transport leading the West Midlands Regional Hub and delighted to be starting my second term on the board at Sustainability West Midlands.
