Jason Russell
Jason Russell has over 30 years of experience in construction management, half of which has been at a senior leadership level. Jason spent much of his career in the public sector and was a Corporate Director at Surrey County Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
Since April 2021, Jason has been a Director with AtkinsRéalis, providing strategic advice to a range of large public sector infrastructure clients, in both the rail and road sectors. He is currently supporting National Highways to develop their third Road Investment Strategy.
Jason is a UK delegate to PIARC for the 23-27 cycle and is co-leading work on the contribution of roads to economic and social development. Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transport, and a Senior Guest Lecturer at Kings College London.
